We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs for various projects across both digital and print media. Your artistic flair, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand identity and communication strategies.
- Design and create captivating visual materials, including but not limited to: logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, infographics, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and company values.
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages to the intended audience.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and delivering high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver fresh, contemporary designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and contributing to the ideation process for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Work closely with the web development team to optimize and adapt designs for various digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Occasionally collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful implementation of design projects and print production when necessary.
- Conduct regular design reviews, seeking feedback from relevant stakeholders, and making necessary revisions to improve design aesthetics and functionality.
- Maintain a digital portfolio of completed projects and design assets for reference and future use.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design is an advantage but not mandatory.
